amazing stay! totally worth it!
large room fresh breakfast
The room was so spacious! i loved having the fridge, it was really useful. the breakfast was cooked to order. Everything tasted super fresh. parking the car was easy too, lots of space available which is so great!
the bathroom sink plug didn't work. i could not fill the sink with water. that was a little annoying.

the location is ideal! it's close to everything. a golf course is near the hotel. the hydro is just a short walk, so its super convenient!

the staff are friendly. their greeting felt fabulous! they were also very helpful and courteous. i felt welcomed and looked after .

the bar is cozy and relaxing. there are seats outside too! i had access to facilities nearby. i could use a pool and a sauna, a great perk.

pleasant and relaxing stay
helpful staff breakfast choices relaxing bar
the staff was helpful i enjoyed breakfast with many choices the waiting staff was very efficient i loved the relaxing lounge bar it had a log burner access to pool facilities at hydro was a great bonus i found it peaceful
one of the towels had a dirt mark on it in the bathroom i didn't use it

this location is quiet the hotel is close to the centre of town you can also easily access facilities at another local hotel the surroundings allow guests to explore the area easily

broken blind dark room
the number of cushions on the bed felt excessive. the room needed more light, even with all the lights turned on it felt dark. the bathroom window blind was also old and broken. i couldn't fill the sink because the plug wouldn't hold water.
